Pre-loaded TOPO U.S. 100K maps help you navigate with ease, and the microSD card slot lets you load additional topographic, marine, and road maps to keep you prepared for any type of trip.

Conventional FRS/GMRS radio capability lets you contact members of your party or make emergency calls, but that's not the only way the Rino 650t allows you to communicate. You can also send unit-to-unit texts with other Rino users, as well as share waypoints, tracks, routes, and geocaches with other Garmin handheld devices. Plus, a built-in NOAA weather radio helps you avoid hazardous weather in your area by sending you warnings and watches.

BaseCamp software lets you view and organize maps, routes, and more on your computer so you can plan out your trip ahead of time from home. BaseStation takes things a step further by letting you use your laptop as a field command center during search and rescue operations.
