Evolution of Perfection for a Sports Watch
I've used several Garmin Devices over the years and have seen them evolve from basic non-gps watches to big clucky basics GPS devices to now Super High definition(AMOLED) screen watch with touch screens. It does everything I need and more. I have literally beat every Garmin Device I've ever owned into the ground and have tracked tens of thousands of miles with them. To be honest I don't know how Garmin can improve on the Forerunner 965, maybe make it do my workouts for me.. LOL.

Great all around device!
Got this watch as a gift to complement my exercise and activity regime. Replaced my Apple watch Ultra. Very happy to have made the change.

Everything You Need
This watch does it all. I upgraded from the Vivoactive 3. Started doing triathlons and didn't care for the aftermarket app I had to use on the 3. Love all the features of the 965. Super long battery life and all the bells and whistles. I'll still use the 3 when I hunt for the GPS.

Had to watch some tutorials, but now I love it!
It took me a minute to get the hang of it but there are so many useful tutorials on youtube, once I took the time to watch some of those, I got the hang of it pretty quickly. Now it comes naturally and I love all the things I can do and customize with this watch! I've programmed in the exact data I want to be able to see at a glance on my runs, I have the watch face customized, and can input all of my exact workouts in the watch easily.

I love it
This watch does so much. I don’t think I will ever be able to use it fully but I can say for sure I am a better runner because of it.

Terible watch
This watch is terrible—it doesn't deliver on its promises for triathlon or biathlon athletes. I bought it 2 weeks ago. It should be marketed exclusively for running, as the swim training tracking, for example, is abysmally recorded. Additionally, both the watch and the app are far from intuitive. Sometimes it doesn't log the workout because when you select swimming, the watch automatically switches to running, and you end up with inaccurate data as it records a swim as a run. Moreover, the glass scratched after just two days of use. It’s poor quality all around and not worth the price. If I could, I would return it, get my money back, and buy a watch from a different brand.

Love This Watch
I bought this watch 2 weeks ago and it’s amazing. I have logged 2 massive prs thanks to the training and feedback. Upgrading from the 955 was worth it this watch is unreal.

Not for Ironman or long distance trainings
After 2 weeks using my new forerunner 965 it doesn't download all the trainings from triang Peaks. The swimming sessions and strength sessions does not appear nor in the calendar nor in the watch.
