Root Light 2.5 Jacket - Women's

This all-new ROOT Light 2.5 Layer Jacket is built from the lightest waterproof fabric in our collection, making it the ideal piece for spring ski touring, bike rides or summertime summit-bagging missions. Perspiration escapes its membrane, keeping you comfortable and dry, while wind and rain are rebuffed. The yarn is made from 40% post-consumer waste and a protective print replaces the typical fabric membrane liner seen in 3 layer garments, completing this lightweight 2.5 layer package. This garment is durable, easy to care for, and easy to move in, thanks to its ergonomic stretch.

Bought this jacket for a more breathable stretchy touring jacket. Really stoked on it so far! The pockets are a mesh pocket so you can stash larger items easier. The hips have a stretchy part on the bottom to help keep the jacket from slipping up when a backpack is on. The jacket does run slim! I purchased a large even though I am typically a medium. Main small part is the hips as the jacket is a touch straight cut. Highly recommend this!
