Nice jacket for skinny arms
Probably a great jacket but only if you have skinny arms. I'm a short athletic woman with muscular arms and the jacket only fits if I'm wearing a T-shirt. It's sturdy and well-made but a bit too heavy during the hot spell we're having. I need bug proof clothes to wear when I take my dogs out because I'm a biting insect magnet. I get bit through my clothes so bug proof pants and jackets are a must! As for sizing: If UnderArmour tops fit you then this brand will fit you. BTW, I'm just under 5 ft tall and 115 lbs.

Runs Small
This jacket runs small. Oder up one or two sizes. For Reference: I bought extra small for a very very skinny age 11/boy. He usually wears boys slim 10.. This jacket fit him perfectly only the sleeves were a little long. I bought a size L but wish I purchased a size XL. I am a size 10.

Defeating mosquitos
I have not had a bite since wearing this jacket. The arms are a little long on me which is great because I slip my hands inside for extra protection( mosquitos love my hands and ankles- I wear boots ) and I’m so happy to take my dogs out now.

Insect shield technology
It works! I was on a backpacking trip with friends and the mosquitoes were relentless. My friends were getting eaten alive but I came away with like, only 3 bites!

Jacket
Needs to be longer in the back....and I probably should give a 3...however, fit is otherwise perfect, seems of good quality and purpose. Have not had chance to wear yet .. and, so looking forward!

Good for windy days.
I bought this as a light jacket for windy days. It works really well and would be perfect with just a few modifications. It would be great if the pocket zipped for security, an extended rest line with some holes would be convenient, but mostly a modification to the hood is needed. The hood is where the jacket fails me some. It’s nice that it’s there and can be folded away but it just dies be it stay up in the wind. Since there are no ties to secure it the hood constantly blows back. I’ve even tried to wrap it over a ball cap but it can’t hold up in the wind.
