Can’t Have One Without the Other
If you buy the tent, buy the footprint. They go together nicely. You can’t have one without the other.

Tent
Great Company. Bought first tent an Equinox some 34 years ago. The 6 man is a replacement as the first one has seen its best days. Customer service with Johnson Camping is the best I have ever seen. Tent arrived on time but a few poles were damaged. New tent sent immediately with no questions asked. Great company and great product. John Howard Jacksonville, Florida

Perfect companion to extent the life of your tent
The fitted Canyon footprint is the perfect companion for the Canyon/Jade tent. Don’t buy one of these tents w/o a footprint!

LX6 Ground Cover too Large
Footprint is advertised as fitted for the Copper Canyon 6 tent but it’s too large. It definitely extends well beyond the 10’ x 10’ floor by at least 6”. We folded it as best we were able underneath the tent on all four sides. It then proceeded to rain for 48+ hours and on one side the water pooled very badly under the tent but above the ground cover. That’s because the ground cover became a “collector” of water and not the moisture/puncture barrier it’s supposed to be. That was discovered after taking the tent down after 108 hours of occupancy. So folks, it’s too big. Even the manual ‘shortening’ could not prevent water accumulation between the cover and the tent floor. Ground covers should be at least 12” shorter in all 4 dimensions of the tent footprint to prevent water collection. All serious tenters know this. The tent was a first class champion and nothing seeped through. Dry as a bone after 60 hours of serious direct water exposure. The ground cover could be repurposed to a cover for the fly when under trees, because it’s got extremely useful and strong tie outs sewn at all four corners!! Eureka, please figure out and correct the ground cover sizing; Thank you for listening

6 P canyon Fitted footpring
The size of the Jade Canyon 6 P tent is listed as 10'x10'. The size of the footprint is listed as 9.5' x 9.5'. I set it up this weekend, but the footprint seemed too large, in that it extended from the bottom of the tent. It rained a lot and water got between the floor bottom and the foot print. The inside of the floor did not get wet. It was difficult for me to arrange the foot print so it did not extend beyond the floor. I thought I had the tent staked out properly. What did I do wrong? I was thinking next time to fold and tape the edges to make a smaller area to prevent water from getting between the floor and the footprint. Any other suggestions?

Good Quality
I was happy with the adjustable cords on the corners. Nice material. Hope to use it with our Jade Canyon 6 for as long as we had our Equinox 6 27 Years

Pole cord broke on 1st use
I set up the tent right after I bought it to seal the seams as directed. This took several hours. One of the main tent poles elastic cord broke when I took it down. I wrote to Eureka and did not receive a response. The neon yellow exclamation point is hideous! The rest seems nice.

Completes the Tent
This ground cloth is listed to fit the Eureka 4 person Copper Canyon tent, and it certainly does. The added corner straps work well with the tent stakes as well. Cleans up easily. I didn't hit rain with this yet, but I'm quite sure it will repel ground water 100% as it is vinyl/plastic.

Jade Canyon 6P Tent Fitted Footprint
I bought this Fitted Footprint to protect it from any potential punctures, and to help keep the bottom floor of my tent clean. It fits my Eureka Jade Canyon 6 Person Tent perfectly. I highly recommend purchasing this item.
