Wrong color delivered

I like the item, but there was an issue with the shipping process. I ordered the tan color, but the olive color was delivered instead. I called the customer center, but they informed me that there was no more stock available in the tan color. There was no compensation for the wrong delivery, and I had to use the item for my camping trip the next day. My guess is that the system is sometimes not updated with the most recent status. When planning a trip with a new purchase from this website, do not rely solely on the information provided on the website or the automated updates via text and email. It seems they simply ship whatever is available without providing any prior notice.
