In this age of crazy and questionable rocker-hybrid shapes, Iikka Backstrom and most of the DC Pro team continue to rely on traditional camber while killing it everywhere from the British Columbian backcountry to the streets of Montreal. That's why the DC MLF Iikka Pro Snowboard features traditional camber with carbon quadrax construction and Fresh Deck topsheet for pop and power you simply won't get from any rockered board.
Traditional camber gives it the pop and power to help you hold an edge at high speeds and boost big ollies. Quadrax fiberglass with carbon stringers makes the board stiff and responsive for maintain control while bombing down steeps and increases pop to help you go big off backcountry booters. The Slugger core features a mix of poplar and ash for drive and durability, and DC replaced toxic plastic topsheet materials for a Fresh Deck topsheet that uses a ply of wood to give it the poppy feel of a crispy skate deck.
