Hands-free is the way to be.
The hardest part of skiing or riding is getting your gear to and from the mountain efficiently. Instead of trying to master the gaper art of carrying everything in your arms at once, just stash everything you need in Dakine's burly Transfer DLX 35L Boot Pack. It has a stowable external boot carry system that works for both ski and snowboard boots, as well as a stowable helmet carry system and vertical ski carry and horizontal snowboard carry options that'll let you keep your hands free so you can signal your homies when you spot them across the parking lot. An internal fleece-lined goggle pocket keeps your lenses safe, and Dakine even included a 15in laptop sleeve to give your computer some protection when you haul it to the hill so you can upload all the dope footy you got ASAP.

This thing is going to make airline travel a breeze. Boots pack either on sides of bag, or can load inside with rest of your gear. Helmet pocket, goggle pocket, laptop sleeve... Everything you would normally use for your carry-on fits well. Haven't field tested yet, but tried it all out at home. Definitely will recommend this design and size if planning on traveling.

best one out there best bag hands down

This bag just plain rules. Here's why... Scenario #1 is commercial flight to ski. I pay baggage fee for my ski bag stuffed with clothes at less than 50 pounds. Everything else I can get in this sweet bag. So the bottom compartment is perfect for boots, gloves and socks and a few other goodies. It is lined with that plastic inside so it totally protects the bag from sharp and/or dirty boots. The top compartment is where I stick my camera, av beacon, etc etc. Its also easy access for a puffy jacket for when you touch down in SLC. The beauty of this is the helmet pocket. I put 2 pair of goggles inside my XL POC backcountry helmet and it fits perfectly in the top compartment all the while protecting my goggles. Scenario #2: You are in Europe and you're doing it the Euro way. Unzip the handy shoulder straps and you can put your days requirements in your bag as you ride the train to your next stop. I can't get enough of how well this works and its perfect size. I would by again in a minute. Holding up well after 10 plus trips. Cheers.
Can you carry boots and skis at the same time? I have an older Rossignol Bootie Transport bag but interested in this bag do to the diagonal ski carry and slightly larger size.
Yes you can! You can even throw your laptop in there, and a bag of chips.
