Bought it bc of the cool colours. Turns out, excellent fit for running long and workouts. Surprised me more with the pockets on both legs of the inner, super practical for my long runs!

1.0 were Better. Hate the new Drawstring

I have about 10 pairs of the version 1.0, but I lost about 40 lbs so had to buy more and update to a smaller size. I got a bunch of the 2.0, and cannot stand the new drawstring. It is a lot harder to get it tighter and doesn't stay tight so the shorts still somewhat slip down a bit. Not sure why this change was made or why it was thought of as a benefit.

They Are As Good They Look

Not only do these look incredible, the high quality materials and functional design of the shorts work with your body for a great and convenient workout. I wasn’t looking to get compliments from other people, but I still get them every time.

Out of all of the performance shorts I own these are my favorite, they look great and perform even better!

They look great. Fit is comfortable, a little heavier than some comparable shorts but no complaints anywhere else.

Nice patterns

I've been wearing the ultimate training shorts for about a year. Just purchased 3 more and zero regrets. I mainly train Crossfit and they haven't been torn to shreds from the barbell. I'm 6'3 205lbs and purchased a large. Shows a little thigh, but that's what I'm going for.

Iffy redesign

I’ve bought countless pairs of the ultimate training shorts. But these are a new version and I’m not really a fan. The print is great. But they made the lining super loose and it’s a bit too revealing. They also changed the drawstrings and it’s too short now. They added gripping strips to them too and it’s hard to tie. Much prefer the previous design.

"upgraded shorts"

Unfortunately these don't compare to the original ultimate training short. The material feels lighter and cheaper. And the pockets have a flap on the inside like they forgot to sew it. 2 stars because I do like the lava lift design. Just finished ordering 2 more of the 1.0 shorts before they're gone
