Heavy to walk in and they cause me knee pain.
Heavy and bulky. My knee hurts from lifting the shoe up, and I’ve had to stop wearing them to protect my legs

Love the wider straps but had to size up!
I love these mega Z Clouds, I usually wear Z/2s (single strap with the toe loop) because I find they don't hold my foot well without the toe strap but these wider straps feel more secure than normal ones without the toe loop and I love them. I did have to turn them in for a size larger than my usual due to the straps on the size nines feeling too small. It was hard to get my foot into the straps and then very limited on strap placement due to the short straps leaving them tight and uncomfortable. I sized up to a ten and got enough strap movement for comfortable placement.

I love Chacos but not these ones
The colors were very misleading :( I had been thinking about buying these for months and when I finally did, I was disappointed because the colors were different from how they appeared online, and they didn't fit my feet very well. I wanted to see about possibly doing an exchange or return but no one got back to me :(

Difficult to put on
These feel pretty good once I get them on the issue is getting them on and then readjusting. They are cumbersome to pull on and then I still have to tighten them to make them fit my feet once I get them on. There is no “give” or stretch to the straps. Totally didn’t work for my pool days but they were ok walking around Disney, didn’t hurt my feet at all. More of a bulky look than I care for too. Just not for me.

Quality product so far
So far so good. I've had them for three or four weeks now. I'm enjoying them. I wear them casually throughout the day and I wear them on short hikes. I haven't come across any problems yet. On short hikes they seem to take the beating of the trails and absorb shock well. So far I feel safe and secure wearing them. They don't slip and the straps stay firm against my skin. I do appreciate and love how easy it is to adjust them to my foot size and foot curvature.

No-go for high arches/instep
I have worn size 10 Chacos forever and was so excited about this design. However, the straps on the size 10 were too short to accommodate my high instep. I tried a size 11, but the shoe was too big. Super disappointing and could easily be remedied with slightly longer straps.
