We like the Castelli Alpha Flight RoS Jacket for those late fall rides where we need a bit of extra help staying warm in mild conditions. The chest, sleeves, and upper back feature the Nano Flex Light woven fabric to block wind without sacrificing breathability, while the Nano Flex Extra Dry fabric on the back offers ventilation and moisture-management. Great colder weather jacket
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Excellent insulation and wind-blocking material. Its streamline fit feels light and very non-restrictive. With bayer layer and long sleeve shirt, I was comfortable in mid to upper 40's. I'm 5-9" and 140 lbs. with athletic build and XL firs nicely.
