The Carhartt Men's Kalkaska Active Down Jacket sports the same light-in-weight but super-warming down fill as the Kalkaska Down Jacket, but with an insulated hood. This means you get the benefit of robust triple-stitched seams and body-warming 550-fill down, and an internal pocket with a media port. Unlike the regular ol' Kalkaska Down jacket, this Active Down jacket provides an insulated hood for when your body's natural head insulation (hair) starts to, um, disappear—or when it's just really cold outside.
