Charlie Slasher FK Snowboard

The Capita Charlie Slasher FK snowboard is a mythical beast, prowling resorts and backcountry stashes looking for its next heaping serving of that fluffy white. With a directional, setback stance and a tapered sidecut, it's built to keep the nose floating and the tail sinking when it's so deep that you're wondering why you left your snorkel at home. But unlike most other pow boards, Charlie rides switch too, putting a freestyle twist on the next big dump. Touring enthusiasts should take note that there's an ABS insert down the middle and through the core, so if you choose to split your Slasher, it's pre-sealed for an easy conversion. Whether Charlie's in the trees, or he's scouting a windblown ridgeline, just be glad that he's on your side.

The Charlie Slasher runs on Capita's Pow FK profile. That means the nose is rockered to the front binding, where it turns flat under the feet to the tail. It gives you a huge effective nose for float, with a powerful tail to keep you in control. Although it's decidedly directional, Pow FK makes landing switch worlds easier than most other powder oriented boards. Naturally, the stance is set back, and the sidecut is tapered for full speed stability. There's two carbon fiber beams running inside of the edges, for improved grip and pop. The die cut sintered base is highly porous, so it holds a ton of wax and runs fast to keep you flying through the flats.
