Whenever the cold creeps in, be there with the packable Lodge Down Jacket.

Prepare for cold mornings at base camp or the moose lodge when you pack the Canada Goose Lodge Down Jacket along with your other adventure gear. As the sun’s rays first grace your frosty tent, the duck down insulation preserves your body heat while you warm up a pot of coffee, and the down-filled collar and hand pockets provide wind protection while you wait for it to brew.

  • Jacket packs into soft interior pocket, creating a pillow when you retreat to the tent and a small package to stuff into your pack
  • DWR finish on fabrics sheds snow or drizzle as you scramble back to camp
  • Additional lining on the back neck and cuffs provides extra warmth where you need it
  • Hand pocket accessed hem adjuster enables a tighter fit without exposing skin
  • Storm flap over the front zipper eliminates drafts

Hey Cong Wang,

Based on your measurements, I would recommend you go with a Medium in the Lodge Down Jacket. Feel free to contact me directly with any additional questions about Canada Goose.

Nice Lightweight winter jacket

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit:True to size

The CG Lodge down has served me well this winter definitely my go to jacket although I would've gotten the hooded version if the hood wasn't so large otherwise great jacket for anything 5 degrees and above worn it on windy winter days keeps me warm and the fit is very comfortable not to snug I always have a layer on underneath a hoodie or a wool sweater I wear a size medium I'm 5'7" and 150lbs

Great high quality jacket

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:True to size

This jacket exceeded my expectations. Jacket is very warm, comfortable but not too bulky. The quality is outstanding. Expensive but worth it.

Not for the tall folk...

  • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit:True to size

Loved the fit, the warmth, the tighter neck to seal out the cold, the attention to detail. However, the jacket is a couple of inches too short for people over 6' tall as it just makes it to the belt line and rides up as you sit down. Too bad, really.

World Class

  • Gender:Male
  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:True to size

Lightweight, warm, aesthetic appeal, and versatile. An excellent purchase. I tried several different jackets, including North Face, and being fair, none have compared.

Now this is a winter jacket!

  • Gender:Male
  • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I'm glad I found this jacket when I was browsing your web site a few weeks ago. It was a definite impulse to buy this jacket, because I certainly couldn't justify the cost if I thought about it very long. I now consider it a great purchase, and am so glad to have it in my arsenal of winter gear. I love the feel of the coat: light weight, yet very warm; attention to detail, but also rugged. It's the most well made coat I've ever owned, and I'm pleased with my purchase every time I wear it. It's well-filled, but also carries a slim profile, so you can use it as a layer under a shell if you need to (cold rain, like we had last week). Overall, great jacket.

Best down sweater but expensive

This is the best of all the down sweaters on the market. By that I mean it's the warmest and the best quality. It has an outer fabric that feels like it won't rip or tear. But it's really expensive. Canada Goose must feel that they can get away with this price.

Well, when you compare quality and the fact it is made in Canada, it's going to be more money. Check out their website and you can see the difference in their company.

What is the temperature rating for this...

What is the temperature rating for this jacket? Is it windproof?

You should be fine in 10 or 15+. I would say wereing a shell over it if it is windy.

had this one for 3 weeks now and loving it every wintery, cold day out walking my dog.

i love this jacket, my other winter coats are upset because i only wear my Canada Goose Down since i bought this 3 weeks ago. great for walking my dog in the morning or evening. extremely light weight and very washable, of course it's stylish too.
