Why We Like The Burton Step On Escapade Snowboard Binding
The easy and simple Step On Escapade Snowboard Binding from Burton is one of our favorite options for comfort and convenience on the hill. We appreciate that it gives us the same comfort and control but along with the ease of not having to strap in. The balanced flex and snug highback and baseplate promote a cozy fit with a slight bend, so we're able to ride hard and still play around on the hill. FullBed cushioning is soft underfoot to make our long day riding feel like surfing on pillows, and the versatile design caters to a wide swath of riding styles, from creative sidehit seekers to hard-charging speed demons.

Love the speed, size up on the boots

Step ons are so fast! I love riding away from the lift. Step Ons have more internal "play" than strap bindings, but it hasn't effected my riding. I feel locked in even on steep, icy moguls. Get a tutorial and a mounting check from your local Burton shop if you can. Tips: (1) lock in your heel first when stepping in, (2) for storing/travel, don't fold the highback all the way down. (i.e. don't lock it below the toe clip), the little calf support flap will eventually break off.

Love the step ons!. Easy to use and allows for quicker response of the board with the slightest lift of toes and heels.
