    A new day has dawned.

Like something straight out of a space-age laboratory, Burton's mad scientists designed the Burton Genesis Re:Flex Snowboard Binding with next-gen tech for plenty of response without feeling like you're strapped into anything at all. Super thin, yet insanely comfortable Hammockstraps cradle your ankles in bliss, allowing your boot to flex naturally without extra material inhibiting motion. And that's before you factor in the toe-conforming Super Grip Capstraps, which offer a truly superior fit without excess slop.

This medium-flexing binding attacks anything in its path, from steeps to jump lines without skipping a beat, thanks to its Canted Zero-Lean Hi-Back with Kickback Hammock. This unique design cradles the back of your boot for tons of comfort, allowing you to ride without feeling the highback at all, especially when you're buttering and tweaking off freestyle features. There's a stiffer, dedicated highback behind the Hammock piece, which comes into play once you've fully engaged into a turn, providing the response and support of a dedicated highback for blasting turns and carving from edge-to-edge. Working in unison, this design reduces pressure on your calf while retaining the response needed to charge the entire mountain.

Featuring Burton's award-winning Double Take Buckles and helical teeth ladders, the Genesis allows you to strap in quickly with its Insta-Click feature. This feature requires much less effort than traditional buckle and ladder designs, making it easier to strap in, but also offering more robust performance without stripping the ladder. Sitting upon a Re:Flex baseplate, the Genesis Re:Flex removes unnecessary materials, reducing the deadspot inherent to traditional mounting discs. This design has a minimized baseplate and hinged disc that maximizes the flex of your board, also reducing weight for a lighter overall package. The Re:Flex baseplate works with any mounting system available, mounting to 4-hole, 3D, and Channel systems right from the box.

What do you think about this product?

    Have questions about this product?

    Not good at all!!

The size S is not working for the boots of burton with size 7.5(this binding is too too small).

      My New Favorite

      • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

I've tested/owned bindings from a range of brands so if you've got questions about bindings or want me to get you into the right snowboard set up that'll match your riding style, definitely get in contact with me.

I've used the Genesis Re:Flex and can say that these are a pretty rad binding. There are a ton of features that I could go over but I'll keep this short and give you a few things I really liked.

      Tool-Less Adjustment :
While I was waiting in line (it was about 18F) I decided to adjust the length of my straps to dial in the fit while waiting for my riding partners. I didn't bother taking my gloves off. Pretty rad that I can do this without needing to freeze my digits.

      Handling :
The real deal. We were cruising through chunder, a little pow, fresh corduroy(laying down some mean carves) and these bindings absorbed the shock nicely but still provided a high level of response.

      Sizing/Compatibility:
If you've got questions about compatibility or sizing, run those by me!

      Questions:
If you've got questions or want to chat about these binders before picking up a pair, definitely get in contact with me an we can chat about your riding style and which binding / snowboard set up will be best for you.

Couldn't stand up to the living room

      • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I'll chalk this up to a manufacturing defect, but the FIRST time I stood in my LIVING ROOM and tightened these bindings one of the latches broke. Better the living room than the mountain, but don't want to deal with the hassle of a return. Ugh.
