The Blizzard Power S8 Ski is a frontside charger that will take you back to the days when you used to slip into a skin suit and bang gates on the old race team. With a nimble 77 mm waist width, it doesn't take much to lay the S8s on edge, while their rockered tip and tail makes for near-effortless turn initiation, as well as a playful feel your old race skis only wish they had. Camber underfoot lets you into your turns with the same confidence you used way back when.
Since you want a solid and stable feel when you're picking up Gs down the mountain, the Power S8s are made with a solid wood core and a titanium laminate that gives them a torsionally stiff feel, so you won't have to feel like you need to hold back on them. The skis feature Blizzard's 3Matrix technology, which aligns the ski's rocker, camber, and sidecut for a consistent flex pattern and enhanced stability on hardpack and groomers. Full Suspension technology consists of a carbon fiber laminate, which eliminates chatter and vibrations for greater control. The skis come pre-mounted with 12 DIN Power12 TCS bindings through Blizzard's IQ-System, eliminating the flex-altering effects of traditional mounting.
