Nice jacket
I am between a large and a medium. I went with the large. Nice fit with layering options. The jacket blocks the wind and breathes. A draw string on the bottom would be a plus. Overall nice quality. Thanks

just right warmth
Vision hybrid just perfect for activity-classic cross country/skating, skiing from 15-35*F when down too warm and shell over intermediate layer not enough. My new jacket for outdoor aerobic activities.

Beautiful Jacket
I bought this jacket sight unseen simply based on how it looked in an advertising email from BD. I bought the blue one with black panels. When it arrived I was NOT disappointed. Very light and super stylish. packs down small to throw in my winter ski touring pack as an extra layer. The outer material is fairly thin so I am expecting that I will need to be a little careful with it, but it has already become one of my favourite light hoodies. May need to buy a second one!

But hood was not well thought out and no draw string at the waist. Truthfully the hood is kind of a silly design.

Best Climbing and Running Jacket I have Ever Had
Started climbing in 1966, guided for 20 years and have always had jackets that were too thin or too bulky. Using this on mountain trail runs as a third layer, with outside temps @ 20F, I found it a bit warm. Helmet coverage is great. I wish this had been available back then!!

Seems great so far
Just got this so I have not used it extensively but here goes. For me at 5' 11" and 200# the large is a perfect fit. It's close but not so tight that it inhibits movement or that I could not put a vest under it for extra warmth. The waist gusset thing is subtle-- you hardly see it-- but you can feel it blocking the wind. Finish on the jacket seems water-resistant enough for the wet and cold Oregon winters. Like other reviewers, I have to say the heat regulation seems phenomenal. I don't overheat in it when moving and it's nice and warm when I slow down. The only complaint is... there are so many BD logos on it. Really... is that necessary? But it seems like a versatile piece of clothing.
