Why We Like The Black Diamond Mission MX Mitten
From backcountry adventures to shredding all day at the lifts, the Black Diamond Misson MX Mitten is a solid choice when we need protection from winter conditions. Featuring a GORE-TEX liner for ultimate waterproof protection, the Mission MX Mitten is fully waterproof, so our hands stay dry all day. PrimaLoft Gold insulation packs some serious warmth, giving us 340 grams of premium synthetic insulation on the back of the hand and 170 grams on the palm to keep us warm when it is bitter cold. A ripstop polyester face fabric is super durable and can withstand abrasion, and the padding on the back of the hand gives us extra protection as we are carving between the trees.

Toasty warm fingerlings
These are by far the best winter mitts I've ever owned. This winter, Northern Alberta experienced some cold and windy days (-40C without the windchill), I walk to work which is about 2.5km and these gloves help my hands nice and warm. Other than walking, I've used them to shovel and snow blow a couple of times, but nothing of the athletic sort.

INCREDIBLE!
These keep my hands toasty warm, and I simply do not own a better pair of mittens. Please get these if you’re considering - life changing!

Super warm, great mitts
Very happy with these mitts, very warm and comfy. Seem durable too. The only negative is the leash, not stretchy. I changed it out for the add on BD leash.

Good gloves
The gloves are well-made. The only downside is that they have an elastic around the wrist area that is not adjustable so it is a bit tight putting them on.

Warmest mittens!!
My hands get so cold. I can’t ski and take my hands out to do things with bare hands because of circulation issues. These are so warm as I looked for a nice fitting greatly insulated mitten (gloves are out of the question for me).

So far so good
I just got these, testing them out next week but I tried them on and they seem perfect for the slopes - they’re warm but little stiff (I think they’ll loosen up with time)
