Insanely difficult to assemble and cut
This review is about the assembly and trimming process only as I have yet to use them. I've never written a review about anything but I've never been so frustrated by something that should be so easy. I recently assembled and trimmed a pair of BCA skins so thought I'd have no problem with these. I watched 2 different youtube videos that were easy to follow. My issue is with having to affix the skin into the bracket and then screw 3 screws through the skin and the bracket. Screwing the screws in was insanely difficult. I ended up stripping the screw so badly I couldn't get it in our out. Then the head of the screw broke off and left half the pointed end sticking out and I can't break it off! See picture. Something that should have taken me 20 minutes took me much longer and I didn't complete it! What is worse is now I have to pay someone for something I should have been able to do myself. I didn't get to go skiing and can't until they come back from the shop.
