Freeride Glove

Great foul weather rug!

Got these just before a bomber storm in the Sierras, and these kept my hands warm and dry. Replaced multi-season leather work gloves that would not seal up any longer. The Impulse Gloves fit true to size and are the warmest gloves I have owned. Great purchase!

Terrible fit

I bought a large, medium and then a small. None fit. Fingers are way too long or the cuff is way too tight. I’ve owned jackets and pants too, but I’m done with BD, nothing fits my average 5’11” 180lb, 30” inseam body correctly.

Great ski gloves

Soft materials inside, these feel really nice while wearing. Great dexterity, up there with my Arcteryx Fission SVs, but these are way tougher. Warmth is good for a cuff-style glove. The cuff is fairly tight, and they can be hard to get on if your hands aren't perfectly dry... Waterproofing is good, but I did manage to soak them on a very rainy day. Really appreciate the padding, which significantly lessened a hand injury when I whacked a tree. Consider extending it down the thumb in a future version?

Most comfortable gloves EVER!!!

Bought these for their wrist padding and absolutely love them. The dexterity for your hands and fingers is impressive. Super warm without sacrificing range of movement. Wearing a bulky watch does make it uncomfortable under the glove. But so would recommend to others.

These skiing gloves are a marvel, offering top-notch material quality that feels luxurious at first wear. However, once you sweat a bit, they cling to your hands with a passion, refusing to come off. It's a commitment — think of them as a permanent accessory. On the bright side, since I can't take them off, my screen time has improved drastically. Who knew gloves could be such a digital detox tool?

Are those real?

Light, not bulky at all, quite slim for winter gloves but feel amazing and pretty dexterous when in use. let's see what the time will tell with use and abuse but so far looks amazing

Overall Quality Glove

I haven’t used them skiing yet, but the construction and materials seem to be very high quality. The overall fit is great, but my only complaint is the opening to slide your hand in is very tight. Once in place it’s ok, but takes a lot of effort to get through the opening.

Star Wars theme

Each of the gloves colour schemes aligns with a Star Wars character. Walnuts = Boba Fett, Black-Ice = Stormtrooper, and Black = Darth Vader. I see what you're doing here, BD. I'm going to assume you didn't call them the Star Wars glove due to licencing. Sneaky.

Seriously Amazing Gloves

I use these gloves for Ski Patrolling and have always been impressed with the quality and warmth of BD gloves versus the other high end companies. These are seriously warm, but they need to be broken in. I use wear these all day long in sub zero temps. My mercury mitts don't get the use like they did in years past due to the warmth of these gloves. Love the dexterity of these gloves as well.
