Size up from what you think you need. I wear a size 8 Solomon running shoe and even a size 9 in this boot is too small. Had to return it for a size 10. Seems like it will be quite comfortable (when it fits) and grippy in the snow.

I wear a woman's US size 9 and EU size 40. Something got lost in the size translation as the box lists them as size US 9 & EU size 39. My toe touched the inside of the boot. I returned for a Baffin US size 10 / EU40. These are light weight and comfortable. Very easy on and off. Drawcord pulls easy for a snug fit. (I love that there are no laces to deal with- untying or retying with cold fingers.) Have yet to wear in winter conditions. Made in China
