ski 5, customer service 0
I am a long term customer - so when i read "included bindings" I believed that. It is not correct, the mounting plates are there but no bindings. that could have been easily resolved by customer service but they had no interest in dealing with me; left me waiting, talked to a supervisor, said they needed to get back to me - and never did. So fact is, I could accept that it was a listing error but my contact with customer service was SO POOR, I am compelled to write this here! You had 3 weeks since we had contact, so this commentary is fair. SO - bindings are NOT included:)
