The Asics Women's GT-2000 3 Running Shoe sheds a few ounces to make your runs even more enjoyable. Asics still kept the Gel cushioning system at the forefoot and rearfoot for proper shock-attenuation, and the Impact Guidance System still includes both the Guidance Line and Guidance Trusstic system to allow a natural gait from heel strike to toe-off.

Asics replaced the GT-2000's standard midsole with its FluidRide midsole to make the shoe lighter. FluidRide provides bounce-back convenience as well as cushioned comfort, and the Dynamic DuoMax support system gives the stability and support that mild to moderate pronators desperately need. Asics equipped this shoe's upper with a supportive exoskeletal Heel Clutching System, and the ComforDry liner gives extra cushioning and anti-odor comfort.
