Why We Like The Terrain H2O Hiking Boot
Whether we're exploring trails on horse or by foot, the Terrain H2O Boot is in it for the long haul. This rugged pair doesn't recoil at endurance rides or balk at multi-day treks with its tough leather upper and wear-resistant tread displaying true grit. The sound build, although sturdy, still gives our feet freedom to flex, while the waterproofing makes sure wet socks don't send us home early.

Everything I Expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had a chance to wear these once, but they are very comfortable. I bought them for hiking and yard work. As always, Ariat is a brand that can be trusted for quality and fit. This is my second pair of Ariat work boots. They last forever.

Super comfortable and supportive shoes!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing the Ariat Terrains for over 20 years. They were the most comfortable shoe when I was working in feed stores, standing on cement all day. They are still my favorite shoes. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that I could not find these in the non-waterproof version. I hope they weren't discontinued.

My favorite work boot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These my favorite boots to work in, I use them for all of my barn work. Completely waterproof, keep your feet cool in the summer and the most comfortable boot I own to be on my feet all day. This is my third pair and I will continue to buy them.

Great fit and waterproof
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing these boots on the farm and at pig shows for several years. I can walk around all day in comfort. When in and out of the washrack at shows my feet stay dry as well as on the farm

So great I am getting another color
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a farm a few months ago and I needed a tough boot that was waterproof but I also wanted something that looked cute when I have to run to the store. These boots are perfect! Rugged, comfortable and stylish.

The best
These are the Ariats I wear everyday, all year long. They work for riding, farm chores, hiking the woods, gardening, everything. I love the supportive footbed, wider toe box, waterproofing and durability. One pair usually lasts me about three years (of hard use) before I feel like I could use a new pair. Never stop making them, please!

Ok so far
Well I killed the last pair in less than a year. The sole wore out. These used to last a lot longer. Not sure what changed. We’ll see how long this pair lasts…

The boot has a 2-inch heel. Does that mean a 2-inch difference from the heel to the forefoot, or a 2-inch height from the ground? This matters to me because the joint of my big toe is fused. I can tolerate a 1.5-inch rise, but no more.

Do these support your ankle?

I usually buy 7 wide. Would a 7.5 medium be wide enough if there is not a 7 wide available?

Can I order a pair of your insoles/arch supports to go into my Terrain Waterproof boots when I order them? Bought some Ariat Terrain Boots at a Tack Shop about 15+ years ago with Ariat extra insoles. Loved them. They are worn out!

Would these be okay to use in snow?

Do they wear your foot out from working. I do landscaping and maintenance. I need a comfortable boot that doesn’t alllw my feet to ace or hurt.

Does this scuff easier than the Cordovan? It looks more like suede than leather.
