Smarty Original Cargo Insulated 3-in-1 Pant - Boys'

686 knows you're worried about keeping your kid warm and happy on the hill, which is why the Smarty Original Cargo Insulated Pant lets you choose between 'warm' and 'really warm' depending on the weather and your level of overprotective paranoia. A removable fleece liner combines with full-time 40g polyfill insulation to keep Junior toasty warm during even the gnarliest winter storms.

The Smarty's shell is polyester with 686's Infidry 8K membrane and a durable water repellant finish. The lining is a soft-to-the-touch nylon taffeta. Between the shell and the lining, 686 equipped the Smarty with 40g synthetic insulation to take the edge off the cold without overheating. The liner pant is a super-soft midweight microfleece pant that can also be worn without the shell pant for just hanging out at the house. 686 hooked up the Smarty with other cool features, too—like the large cargo pockets and lower leg reinforced kick patches to protect the legs from sharp ski edges. The finishing touch is the Youth Evolution leg length extension system that allows the pants to grow with your little ripper.
