The 4FRNT Renegade Ski looks like a powerful beast: it's fat, it's strong, and it's committed and single-minded. But that single-minded cause is ripping big lines and floating over deep pow. And how does this fatty do it? With smooth shapes, consistent lines, and an elegant and seamless design. Eric Hjorleifson conceived of Reflect Tech, which brings together sidecut and rocker for a ski that doesn't fight itself, catching its tip or washing out its tail in conflict with the rocker profile. So the Renegade marries these elements so there's no—none—tip hook, and it flexes and engages evenly for ass-kicking, sonic-speed arcs. Because one little bump or catch, and it's a strewn-out yard sale.
A reverse camber with full rocker gives the ski evenness and consistency for float on the deepest days. The directional shape adds to its bullet-like power and stability. 4FRNT's new semi-cap construction blends sidewall and cap for increased strength and durability without the weight. With a whopping 35-meter sidecut radius, this Renegade will break every rule on the hill.
