bit bigger than I expected

Solid weekend getaway bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this purchase. I like that the bottom has a place for shoes, however the image doesn't quite give that the shoe compartment is only a pocket not the whole bottom of the bag. Wonderful weekend bag, Can't wait to use it again!

Really nice bag if you don't need a shoulder strap
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this online from North face. It was exactly what I needed. I was going on a trip to Napa Valley and San Francisco and it was a perfect bag to take as a carry-on. It packed well if it a lot of clothing and everything needed. When we got out of the shuttle at the airport I use the shoulder strap and immediately it snapped off. The shoulder strap itself is actually wonderful. It's the hooks on the end. Neither one worked they don't lock into each other and the springs that are in there to help hold it in place do not. I thought maybe it was operator error so I push the pieces in and they locked but it turns out it doesn't matter. They still kept popping open in the bag kept dropping. It was a little upsetting because it's a light beige bag and I didn't want it dirty. Fortunately it held up. When I got home, I reached out to North face on their product warranty and just asked for a strap and sent them pictures. Unfortunately, they didn't just have a strap they could get me so I had to send the entire bag back to them for a warranty review . I'm hoping they find something adequate to work because I really liked the bag. If you don't ever use a shoulder strap, this is no worries for you. It's a beautiful bag except for the strap.

Great bag but...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this bag in two colors. I wish the shoe compartment was the whole bottom section. I'm giving three stars because the strap popped off the first time using. The clip attaching to bag isn't sturdy. The bag washes well and is a nice size.

Pretty and Practical!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this bag for a trip up to New York for a few days and it carried everything that I needed, and compartmentalized nicely with it's many pockets. No snow got inside of the duffel, and nothing got wet either. Taking it from place to place was easy with it's shoulder strap and hand straps. The monogram design and choice of colors are very fashionable too, I ended up getting clothes to match!
