Never Received, so I’m unable to review.
I made several purchases with Backcountry and they were all delivered to a neighbor about 10 houses down. They were kind enough to bring them my house and we notified the shipping company of the error. Al my orders were accounted for with the exception of the cooler. I attempted to file a police report as requested by Backcountry. The local Sherriff department said due to the price being under $500 they are unable to file a report or investigate, but they will document the incident in case any others in the neighborhood have missing packages. I emailed Backcountry multiple times and they quit responding.
