Why We Like The NEMO Tensor All-Season Sleeping Pad
NEMO expands the Tensor series with the new All-Season Sleeping Pad, bringing ultralight warmth and comfort to every season. The Thermal Mirror metalized film reflects our body heat back to us, keeping the ground from sapping our warmth on frigid winter expeditions. Spaceframe Baffles offer incredible stability, easily distributing our weight across the entire pad to minimize low spots that may be more susceptible to cold. The pad maintains a compact pack size and ultralight weight, so we can pack along a few extra layers or our favorite campsite game every time we hit the trails.

Miss the old Tensor
The 2024 Tensor models are more durable, and warmer than prevoius models, but not as comfortable do to the change in fabric material from polyester to nylon. The older models had a little stretch and better feel against the skin. I would say the 2024 Tensor models are still slightly more comofortable then comparable Thermarest pads though. Hopefully Nemo brings back a polyester model at some point so I can replace my Tensor from 2018 which is covered in patches.

Perfection
Upgrading to this new pad has unlocked the transition seasons for me. Long the extra warmth, hight and noise reduction.

Great pad!
This pad replaced my Tensor insulated (which is still going strong and now in use with my son) as I needed an all-season capablity. As a side sleeper I appreciated the small increase in thickness to 3 1/2". I've used a total of a couple weeks in Spring conditions (temperatures from -6°C to +10°C), paired with a Riff 15°F bag and was very comfortable

Love the tensor!!
Bought the pad needing an upgrade from an old big self-inflated thermarest and it has been such a great investment! It’s so packable, so light and doesn’t make any of the nonsense noise. It’s better than any other manual inflating pads like the big-Agnes rapide or neo-air thermarest. Absolutely in love

Huge Improvement!
This was probably the best upgrade I've made to my motocamping setup! For my first trip with it, I spent a week riding and camping through Baja. It was so much easier to inflate and packs down quite small. But, the best part was not feeling the ground on my hips as I am a side sleeper. Despite camping amongst cacti and great temperature fluctuations, I never woke up on the ground! By far the best sleep I've gotten on a trip.

Nemo does it again
Easy to set up, packs down well, weight to R value ratio is better than most. Nemo continues to make outstanding products.

Love it!
I already loved my Tensor Insulated and didn't think it could get any better. Super comfy, light, and good R value. The All Season is just as comfortable, but has much higher R value despite not weighing any more than more old pad. It's my go-to pad for pretty much everything now, and I find myself leaving my sleeping bag liner at home more often now due to the extra insulation. Usually I have different gear requirements for summer backpacking and fall hunting. This item covers both now.

Great for this side sleeper
I’ve used this pad already on a few backpacking trips and love it so far. I end up on my side often and with my old pad would end up with shoulder pain. That hasn’t been the case with this. Great pad and super thick for the weight of it packed. Worth the extra extra oz or two over my last pad. I would get the wide if you roll and also play with a little less air if sleeping on your side.

hello, For the isolated version, on the US site, the R-VALUE is 4.2 while the EU site is 3.5 for the same weight. Is it a mistake ? What is the correct value? Thank you for your answers.

Hi, I had asked how the durability of the new fabric compares to the old, but my question disappeared without being answered. I am asking due to durability issues I experienced with past tensor iterations, but would be interested if this were improved.

Thanks for upping the R-value of the new insulated wide to 4.2! It might eliminate the need for me to carry an additional foam pad in winter. Same ? re: new one: Is the website wrong about the width of the new insulated wide being only 20”?

Can I fasten them together, like the riff sleeping bags?
