Protecting our gear while we sleep in the tent, the AC 2 Vestibule tags along on alpine missions to keep our entryway clear and dry. This vestibule uses DAC Featherlight NSL poles, ten attachment points, and multiple guyout points for a quick, pain-free setup when we're racing against daylight. Plus, we love that the guyout points are reflective to help us see where we're walking at night time.

Yes Please.
This tent is ridiculously solid - obviously not a tent you use in warmer weather below 2000 meters, but it works just fine on the flat land when it's wet and cold - excellent choice for bikepacking / gravel riding across big rail trails too.

I was excited to finally get one of these. The zippers do not last. My trip is not over, all zippers have seized/broken. Smallest, poorest quality ykk plastic zippers are not for winter camping. A good zipper will last, these are manufactured to fail. You should have the best possible. This is a fraudulent winter camping tent. No zipper flap on vestibule. No rain fly. No back door for setting up in wind. I would really like an actual winter camping tent. Really Disapointing. Thankyou.

Little Confusing Design
Great Tent but attaching the vestibule in the middle of a snow blizzard felt like putting a puzzle together

Super versatile vestibule!
This vestibule gives more versatility to the 2 person tent. Without this vestibule the 2-person tent is quite small and incomplete. The vestibule is super light and a great addition for those long alpine expeditions. I also used the vestibule as a tarp for my box my bivi’s sometimes.

I generally like puzzles, but this one has me beat
I like the tent itself, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to attach this vestibule in any reasonable amount of time or with any reasonable amount of effort. Getting the last two clips attached seems impossible, and it makes me feel like an idiot. Even when partially attached, the whole tent looks squished and contorted. I feel like I must be doing something wrong, but I followed the instructions as closely as I could. Maybe someone could provide advice or MHW could make an assembly video?
