Dented easily
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love hydro bottles but I dropped it and it made a horrible dent that now it sits very wobbly. Is there any way I can fix this? My water bottle is now ruined.

Not built like the old ones...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle will not stay cold, ice does not keep for longer and a couple hours and we are very disappointed. This is our 7th hydro flask and the older models have all been great at keeping water ice cold for 24+ hours. This newest model does not live up to the standard unfortunately. We are extremely disappointed.

Does not keep temperature.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered 2 40z wide mouth with flex straw in Fir and Lupine. The one in Fir doesn’t keep its temperature. I put ice in it and it melts within a few hours, it becomes room temperature shortly after. I can also feel the temperature of the ice water outside the bottle. My order also came with a free 24oz bottle in Lupine and that bottle works great. The ice lasts up to 2 days and I can’t feel the temperature of the water outside the bottle.

This is the third straw
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third straw cap we’ve purchased and it’s the first one that has a flimsy straw. When you open the cap to drink out the straw you have to hold it in place to be able to drink out of it. I don’t know if this cap is broken or if that’s how it’s designed. The first two we purchased stay firm when you open the straw to drink out of it.

love the bottle, not so much the strap vs a fixed tab
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] didn't like the swivel handle. the older, cheaper one had a set hook for your finger. loved the inside tab to old the top at the side when filling but the nozzle was too easily moved back to where you could not get a drink properly. so LOVE the bottle but not the cap/drinking straw so much
