Quality

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

The stem fit perfectly with my current setup. I'm a sprinter and I put it through the paces and its stiff and responsive. I purchased the -17 degree stem and its perfect for my needs. The only potential issue that I can see is that it uses star bolts instead of allen bolts, so it would be good to make sure that your multi-tool has the right head in case you need to make adjustments. ZIPP does provide the star bolt tool in case you do not have one already.

Like other Zipp stuff

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Light, stiff, and tasteful graphics like other Zipp cockpit components. The quality, weight, etc. are on par with prior ServiceCourse SL stems so from what I can tell this is just a design refresh. I have the -17 degree and just got the -6 degree. The -17 version makes your stem basically flat to the ground but the sharp angle looked kinda funny. The -6 degree allowed me to drop down a spacer.
