Service Course SL-80 Handlebar

You could pay top dollar for carbon bars and hope they don't break when you crank into a sprint or take a tumble, or you could trust your first-place finish and cockpit durability to the 7050 aluminum of Zipp's Service Course SL-80 Handlebar. They weigh only 60g more than Zipp's comparable carbon bars, and have a relatively short 80mm reach that makes the drops more accessible without needing a shorter stem, which can make the bike twitchy. The drop is also a moderate 125mm, so you don't have to be a circus performer to use them comfortably, and the rounded top of the bars provides a comfortable platform for your hands without torqueing your wrists.

  • Zipp's tried and true shallow and short road bar
  • 7050 aluminum lightens weight while providing responsive handling
  • Rounded top for comfort on the flats and climbs
  • Item #ZIP000E

Awesome bars, with great ergonomics

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer
Fit:
True to size

Thats right, I said ergonomics, and they aren't even the "ergo" bars. I bought the 46cm bars because I have broad shoulders and was expecting these to be more traditionally shaped, but the drops flair out slightly, making room for your knees when your sprinting out of the saddle, but most importantly the lever hoods are slightly turned in to take some pressure of your wrists on the longer rides.

Good Replacement

used these to replace my stock bars on my Roubaix SL4 Roadbike. the 4 degree is just enough to make my wrists more comfy in the drops.

Stiff and easy

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I bought the bars a little too narrow but the drop and reach is perfect for me !

Are these bars Di2 compatible

Great bars!

These have the right combination of drop and reach and were a perfect addition to a new cyclocross build...

Do these bars have grooves for cable...

Do these bars have grooves for cable routing?

No they don't, you'll have to tape them with your brake cable just like a regular handlebar.
