5 stars, shocking?

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

This thing is heavy! That being said if you need something to keep your essential food cold for days look no further. This thing will give you enough room to bring 2nds for all your friends making you bffs.

Can't wait for summer!

My husband and I have had our eye on this cooler for a while now, and purchased as our xmas gift this year. While we have yet to truly put it to the test, we certainly are impressed by the quality of our Yeti. Can't wait to use it this summer, will update review then.

The last cooler you will need

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

This cooler is awesome!! It is big enough to fit food and drinks for a few days and if you pack really well you can get enough food in there for a week or so. If you only open the cooler really when you need it then it will keep your food cold and keep the ice for a really long time. Out of the box she is a little heavy but it is well worth it to keep your food cold and fresh.

"Why didn't we get this sooner"

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

"Why didn't we get this sooner" was the first thing my wife and I said to each other after using this for the weekend. Spacious, durable, cold and all around awesome. We like going down to Moab and with the ever growing family this cooler was amazing. One block of ice easily lasted 4 days, the veggies, milk, leftovers all stayed cold. The little shelf is also a huge help for keeping everything organized. We also did some car camping in bear country and it was nice just to leave this out and lock it. When we got home, the drain made it super simple to get the melted liquid out and give it a quick scrub/dry.

Yeti Cooler

My brother has been wanting a yeti cooler for sometime now so we finally all went in to get him one as a gift for his birthday. They take it everywhere! Like the rest of the reviews - keeps things nice and cool for days on end , plenty of room for all the necessities.

Still a great cooler!

We bought another one for my parents because it is such a great cooler to have! Great for larger group camping - we will likely buy more!

Great Cooler

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

This cooler is everything they say it is. It is doing a great job keeping our beverages and food cold for many days even in the 90+ degree weather while we are out camping. I have it in the back of the truck and out in full sun and have not had to worry about it staying cool. Great purchase!

Love it!

This yeti is rock solid, used it on a week long trip to Yellowstone and I put dry ice in it on Monday I was still pulling out frozen meat on Friday. By the way I also used it as a step stool to fixe the canopy - what other cooler can you step or sit on without fear.

Bombproof

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

This is an amazing cooler (and it should be for the price), it is super durable, keeps stuff cold for plenty of time! It obviously gets pretty heavy when you fill it up, but is manageable with two people. The drain is an added bonus. If you're on the fence, it's absolutely worth it!

Year 3 and still awesome

I've had the 75 for 3 years and it still is in great shape. It has handled numerous boiling hot Moab trips, garage bike sessions and even made an appearance at our wedding. Great product. I'd say the only thing is be aware of the 75s size, make no mistake, its BIG.. It is barely manageable when filled. I ended up making a steel cart with a trailer hitch welded on it to make the 75 more portable.

Killer

I dont give things 5 stars unless they truly rock. and this cooler does. Eveything that can be said about it has, so I will just say this: The Hype is real.

The best cooler

Not disappointed. These things are bombproof and keep your ice for days. I froze 2 gallons of water and never had to worry about it after 4 days of camping.

Best cooler made

Own several yeti's and this is my go to size. Great for multi day trips. Made to last forever. If you want ice to last, make sure you cool it before loading and fill it up.

Nice when fishing

Perfect to keep drinks or the days catch from the lake, river, or the salt water. Highly recommend

Yup they really are that good

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

If you're on this page you likely know what your buying but for those that don't know about Yeti coolers there are a few things to know. The side walls are very thick and the cooler empty is probably close to twice the weight of a walmart cooler of comparable size. If you open and close any cooler alot, ice will melt and the temperture will rise in the cooler, yetis specialize at keeping your stuff cold for long periods of time in hot weather and they might be the best at it but you will loose ice if you are opening and closing it alot. Very happy with my yeti so far and I can't wait to put it to the test when it's real hot outside!

Can't go wrong with a Yeti

Yes they are more expensive, but definitely worth the money!!

Worth the $$ if you'll use it

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

This cooler is well worth the $$ if you are going to use it. First day of purchasing it we put ice in it (weather was about 45 degrees) and the ice lasted for over a WEEK!!!! The 75 size will easily fit 5-6 bags of ice which is plenty of room for a long camping weekend.

Amazing

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Honestly, I was hyper skeptical when pulling the trigger on this. The Yeti fanboys and girls in the office convinced me that it would be worth it, but I was having a hard time imagining how a cooler could cost this much. Well, it arrived yesterday and I've gotta say, this thing is worth every penny. Robust construction and they nailed all the details, including the non-skid lid that is strong enough to stand on. Cannot wait to fill this thing with ice and some fresh wild game meat!

Great Cooler!

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

If you are deciding between the 75 and the 65, take the extra room! The walls on this thing are massive so the inside is smaller than you think for the size. It's a bit of a handful to move when fully loaded, but you definitely appreciate the extra 2 cases of beer when camping. Bomber construction from Yeti. This thing keeps ice cold for days!

Got the 75 when I bought my drift boat. Loved it until a friend put a fresh-caught fish in it and didn't tell me for several days after the trip. Has anyone found a way to get the stench out? Tried coffee grounds, lemon, vanilla, baking soda, etc. Yeti customer service didn't have any other remedies. It's been airing for several months in the weather. Still stinks!

Doug, I sent you an email with a few possible solutions. A baking soda rub and then trying cleaning with vinegar. Feel free to respond and we can keep troubleshooting for you. Shoot me an email anytime you have questions! Jared D. Expert Gearhead 801.736.4336 jdowns@backcountry.com
