Travel Mugs, the lid twists on securely and uses dual-slider magnet technology to help keep leaks and splashes contained. To sip, simply push the magnet down and slide. Magnet slider leaks

I didn’t want to leave a negative comment in public view. My boyfriend loves his yeti and uses it every day. We needed to just replace the magnet slider. We ordered the magnet only and it leaked. Thought maybe buying a whole new lid would make the difference. Ordering the new lid. The magnet does not cover the opening completely and still leaks. Which was one of the things he loved about the other lid. It never leaked. So I don’t know if it’s a manufacturing issue, but the new lid magnets leak.
