Silverado Steel Saddle
Revered for its narrow profile and longer nose, the WTB Silverado Steel Saddle holds nothing back on its race-performance pursuits. The extended nose provides all the real estate you need on the trails, whether riding towards the front in a compact climbing position or hovering towards the rear to plant that back-wheel into the dirt for maximum traction. The optimized padding-to-weight ratio hit a sweet spot, which makes the Silverado useful for road riding as well if you want to get longer miles of chasing that golden light. The steel rails tip the scales as the heaviest in the Silverado line-up at 295 grams.

My butt is thankful
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Height:
- 6' 2"
- Weight:

Got this to replace my factory seat on my Commencal Meta TR. It is significantly better in every way minus the amount of flex. Totally botched a downhill tech section, lost my pedals and rode down bouncing up and down full weight on the seat without a bruise, or bit of uncomfortableness. 10/10 would recommend.

Do you like to sit?
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
There's nothing I love more than coming home after a long day and being able to sit. What's better after a rough day than planting your tush on a nice supple seat? Planting that tush on that nice supple seat and taking off down your favorite trail that's what. From the moment my glutes hit that soft supple foam on the silverado I knew it was meant to be. The seat literally holds your tuchus like Atlas holds the world, securely. I've been down triple black diamonds sitting on this seat and hold 7 strava KOMs on my local trails. Does it make you fast? probably not, but at the end of the day your buns thank you.
