For a featherweight feel and serious float, we take the Weston Eclipse Splitboard along on all of our backcountry adventures. This lightweight splitboard has a powder-centric design with a wide nose and narrow tail to keep us surfing easily on top of deep snow, along with a powerful construction and hybrid profile that puts pep in our step and grace in our turns. Plus, we really appreciate the way its directional shape, snappy core, and carbon fiber layup all come together to create a super stable and nimble platform that's just as at home weaving through trees as it is pointing tight chutes.

This board has been a blast to use. It is super light on the uphills and maneuvers well on the down. It responds well in both deep powder and through tight tree turns. Couldn't be happier with it.

I use this board on the daily and have been riding this board now for three seasons. No issues at all and I ride it for everything. I still can't believe it feels like I just got it out of the shop-like new! I don't need to baby this board and it has held up to a ton of tree riding, big mountain powder days, the crud of spring conditions and even in the resort on occasion for some of those splitter corduroy groomers. I get numerous compliments on the beautiful art work! My go-to board for those sweet carving turns!

I've been testing different split boards, included the eclipse of last season, and the most I like is that it is so reactive to any movement that you do, so the effort you need on the forest or in a chut is minimum. They last forever as well, with a base super resistant in case you hit some rocks underneath. And so versatile, perfect for powder days, perfect for more tecnique terrain .

I love this split board. Weston made a really thoughtful design that works well for me as a woman, whether I am in tight trees or springtime chutes, the board feels responsive and maneuverable underfoot. It's built for the powder but I've found it performs well in all terrain. Even in a soft boot the board is easy to move on downhill and edges well on the skin track. I like cranking at high speeds and I find it stable underfoot. I even ride it inbounds and it absorbs impact well.
