Just the watch I needed
I love my Rival watch, lightweight, great screen, excellent battery life and all the features I need. My only qualm is how it sometimes does not play nicely with my Elemnt Roam computer and I get double the information for the same activity.

Awesome watch
I have had an Apple watch for a long time. I never really used any of the features except stuff for fitness. I have wahoo for everything on my bikes. So I did digging on the Rival and jumped. Glad I did because everything I wanted in a sports watch this thing has. Battery life if great. I use it for tracking walks at night daily and a TT ride a couple times a week. I get 7-8 days on a charge which is way better than Apple. If I just use it for a watch I’m guessing I could go 10-12 days. Glad I made the switch.

Good functionality, lack iPhone integration
The watch itself is great – excellent functionality and battery life. However, it lacks step syncing and resting heart rate monitoring with my iPhone. I hope the developers consider adding these features.

It constantly disconnects from gps, my heart rate is way of I can be walking and it shows 160 hr I’m an avid runner. I was thinking of buying the heart monitor from wahoo but looking at the reviews I might hold off. I can see why it’s on sale

Good x the price, still not best
I do not believe that i need the most expensive watch to be the best, what I need is to train properly. I do certainly compare my new Wahoo to my old Polar Unite that is giving up after many years. Pros on Wahoo Elemnt - very good price, almost unbeatable. - very good battery lasting up to 14d - good on swimming pool lap work Cons - not the best GPS if there is something like trees or clouds around - not so easy to manage/navigate as advertised as many work out do not reach the Elemnt app or Strava. In this sentence is easier to manage the Polar Unite, but is a learning curve and I continue working on it - I have 2 cell phones b/c I work in different countries. Wahoo does only connect to one cellphone, Polar can connect to more than one cellphone for pairing GPS

More than I expected
Lots of features built into this watch. In addition to multi sport timing it tracks and downloads HR, Steps and sleep data. The connection to phone call alerts is a bonus!
