See life from inside the bowl.

The biggest daddy Von Zipper makes, the spherical, wide-angle Fishbowl Goggles lets you see the whole snowy world in front of you or to the side, or even behind, as you charge ahead, spin, or flip. They feature an ergonomic thermo-polyurathane injection-molded frame that flexes for ultimate comfort and a fleece-lined, triple-density face foam that fits like a face-glove. The large lens fights fog with anti-fog treatment and ventilation and stands up to rugged use with a hard coating. You even get a bonus lens with select lens choices.

The oversized strap is dual-adjustable for quick and easy adaptation whether or not you're wearing a helmet.

Great fit and FOV, didn't like the lens

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I got these because they were 55% off and I wanted to try a pair of VZ goggles after hearing so much good about them. Tried them on and they felt great. FOV was perfect. Very comfortable. Mine came with the Fire Chrome lens which I really didn't care for. When i tried them on the light would cast 3 lines of glare which were the "fire chrome" color of the lens and was very distracting. I ended up sending the goggles back because of this but I bet if i had gotten a pair with a better quality lens (more $$) they would be my favorite goggles. You get what you pay for with lenses.

amazing field of vision

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

First pair of fishbowl goggles, these are great! Perfect eye protection for everything from skiing to driving my convertible year round. I hope to wear these 365 days this year!

Great field of view

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These goggles are great, the view is big, and they do not fog. My dad, and 2 brothers have a pair as well. We all love them. They are a little big, so if you have a small face, or with the wrong helmet you might have an issue with them.

Love these bad boys

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Visibility is top-notch, they are super comfortable, and zero fog issues. My only complaint is that switching the lenses is a bit of a pain. But I liked them enough otherwise to give them 5 out of 5.

They're big, duh. ...and thats great

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The visibility is unrivaled, the quasar chrome is the worlds most perfect lens, and the whole package is one of those things that once you get used to, theres just no going back

See clearly now

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

These goggles are not only comfortable, they provide such a huge range of clarity without any obstruction from the frame. I thought that it wouldn't be that big of a deal until I tried these on and actually saw how much more inhibited viewing range I had compared to my old goggles. They even fit well with my Smith helmet. They also offer a variety of lenses for various conditions.

Great big Goggle

The VZ fishbowl is an excellent option in the bigger goggle market. A little bit more flexible a frame than say the EG2 from electric but still plenty of comfort and great vision. Plenty of peripheral vision out of this goggle and would recommend it.

Great big Goggle

Can see everything

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I love these goggles because your field of view is so much butter than any others out there. Which is great for those crowded days on the mountain! Easy to change the lenses in and out and are super comfortable and they don't fog up.

Style and Clarity

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've always loved the Fishbowls not only because they have THEE best field of vision of any goggle I've ever tried (and I've tried a lot), but they have an incredible fit and look great on your face. I've had issues with fogging from other goggles, but never had a problem with these. I'll be riding one of the sick Frostbyte colorways this year!

Biggest Fish in the water

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The Fishbowl is the maximum in minimalism. It has the largest field of vision of any goggle on the market and the fit is unreal. Check out the Fishbowl and SEE what you are missing. Seriously, the peripheral vision on this goggle is amazing, and fits great with a helmet too.

One quick note, some of these come with a bonus YELLOW lens....

the only problem I have been reading and making me hesitate buying these goggles is helmet compatibility. You say in your review "and fits great with a helmet too." what helmet are you using to post this claim as I wear a helmet and my current one will not support such a high volume lens. thank you in advance for your response and have fun on the slopes!

Hey! I have VZ Fishbowl goggles and I absolutely loved them. I have tried them on with my boyfriend's Salomon Customer Air helmet and they fit perfectly (not sure about other helmets as the goggles are quite big so I'd suggest taking them when you try helmets on!)

Are the fire chrome lenses on all the VZ s too dark to ride in cloud or night?

Fire chrome is good for sunny to cloudy days. They have a bronze/orange tint when looking thru the lens. They are too dark for night riding. For night I recommend yellow/chrome, yellow or clear lenses.

What is the best lens for low or flat light? I got a pair of special edition Fishbowls last year and the lenses they came with are really dark - too dark to use on pretty much anything other than bluebird days.

I really need a goggle that fits over my glasses. i like these, and they arent going to break my bank. Will they fit over my glasses?

These will probably work. They are great goggles with killer coverage. I will say the Oakley Canopy Goggles are a confirmed fit with any prescription glasses.
