I used to rock the Oakley FrogSkins back in the late 90's. I went back to these from wrap around sun glasses and there great. Compared to the Frogskins, they are a little heaver, but much better quality.

Thanks to the awesome staff (Trevor) at Backcountry, I was able to re-route my package just before it was shipped so I could have my sunglasses for my adventure. Unfortunately, the sunglasses were way too big for my face, I'm a petite woman and I do have a pretty round face but the sunglasses I think are made more for a man's head. They seem like great sunglasses though, very durable and great colors, just not for me. Thanks anyway Backcountry!

Got the glazed/purple ones ... lens colour is fantastic ... similar to the rayban green/brown ... makes everything brighter but not a strain on your eyes. The size if them is perfect for me ... I have a large head, tend to fit a Smith XL helmet and XXL helmets for DH biking do fits my face very well. They stay put on my nose bridge too unlike some previous oakleys I've owned and since I got them 1/2 off it was awesome!

Even though the sun is a 92 million miles away from the earth, she's a bright little number. Protect your eye holes with the dark lenses of the Elmore! With a more affordable price than most glasses that look this trendy, you won't feel so bad when you drop them off a cliff climbing or lose them in the backcountry. And they make you look goooood. They are a bit on the bigger size - so if you have a larger noggin like myself - they'll fit amazingly. If you have a smaller shape to your dome - these glasses may be a bit big!

Got the FROSTBYTE LIMITED EDITION Black Purple Pow Pow colorway. For someone who's obsessed with purple these glasses fit me perfectly! Has a bigger and sleek square design. Overall the glasses have a pretty strong build as well.

Wide Frames!

Great fit! I have a wider head and these are great! Some sunglasses will have over sized lenses but still have a narrow frame and will crush my temples. These fit great!

These have a Very large frame, so I would recommend them for people who have a larger head. I prefer larger sunglasses, and people compliment these bad boys all the time. They are really comfortable I have the Battlestations with the Gold VZ Logo on the siding which really makes them pop. So far I'm satisfied with the quality and I have even dropped them several times from about 5 feet to the concrete ground. Like!

I meant to order the Fulton's. Had both of these in my cart and deleted the wrong one. My face is medium to small and theses are just too big. That being said these glasses are awesome! It's crossed my mind to just keep them cause they look fantastic, feel pretty good and yeah make me feel stunner status. But I'm thinking for me the Fulton's are a better choice. Expecting the same like for those, but they will fit my face better. If you have a larger face, I would highly recommend these. If you're smaller to medium face, I'm thinking the Fulton's are the better option.

Wondering what the Tint is on the Quasar Chrome lens? Is it a dark grey/blue tint or a brighter Grey/Blue? At all similar to the lens on the Shift Into Neutral Edition of the Elmores? Thanks!

The outside tint of the Quasar Chrome is a Green Chrome. There isn't much of a noticeable tint looking thru the lens when on. They are a grey based lens with a slight green tint when wearing them. Does that help?

These are actually great for the medium to large face, kind of an updated,larger style of Wayfarers or Frogskins (or along those lines). These are super wide. Would probably fit a silverback gorilla's head. Guaranteed they'll fit yours just fine.
