Loose Enough To Move, Tight Enough To Look Cool.

Meet your new favorite pair of jeans. Volcom's Men's Kinkade Tapered Pant is made with nearly all cotton and closes with a sturdy metal button, so you know that you're dressing in the classics. This pant features a slight taper to the leg to ensure you're styling a sleek modern fit, but without being so tight that you feel like you can't move. There's even a second, secret phone pocket in one of the front pockets, which comes in handy when you need to pull your phone out quickly to snap a picture, but without losing that loose cash you have stashed in that pocket either.

    • Solid jean built to move and last through seasons
    • Hidden cell phone pocket for organization
    • Tapered leg structure for comfy, but roomy fit
    • Double belt loops for durability
    • Classic metal button for long lasting, traditional fit

    Very Comfy but Sizes Big

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: Runs large

This is Jes' husband, she got me these in matured blue. Nice deep blue with some fading that isn't extreme at all. These are pretty relaxed through the thigh so there is no restriction, without being noticeably baggy. Then down to a pretty normal lower leg. Soft denim and good enough stretch where they aren't restrictive at all but still feel like durable jeans rather than stretch pants.

However be aware that they size this model very big. I usually get 34's, and these are way bigger than any other pants I've tried in 34. The 33 was like a bigger 34, and I ended up with a 32. So regardless I'd go down an inch of your normal size, and if you normally get your pants to be comfortable at the waist and/or don't want these to be baggy, consider going down 2 inches.

    bought two

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: 34 and 36
    • Height: 6'0"
    • Weight: 200lbs

I have these in two different sizes. I'm generally between a 34 and 36, usually a 36 for comfort. The first pair of these is 36 and they fit great through the leg, a little baggy, and the waist definitely needs a belt. So I went with the 34 and they fit pretty close to perfect. I little tighter obviously, but the 36's stretched after a while so I figure these will too.
The material is pretty awesome. Perfect amount of stretch! that is the best feature for me.

Runs on the large side of things.

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: Runs large

After buying these pants I have initial thoughts. They do run a little big. I am usually a 32 but went with the 33 because it was the only size in stock at the time and because I didn't know what the taper was going to be like. The 33 was HUGE and the 32's are still a little loose but fit and function great. Could have probably rocked a 31 but will stick with the 32.
