Shoulder:: Have someone measure across the back shoulder from bone to bone.

Bicep:: Measure the fullest part of the arm with the muscle relaxed.

Hip:: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hip.
Inseam:: Measure from the crotch to the floor with no shoes.
Belts:: Measure over waistband of pants. If between sizes, order the larger size.
