Supple, yet durable.

I love this bar tape. My go to is usually Fizik, but when I can get this on sale, it’s much better. First of all, it feels very close to leather, using a high quality synthetic that doesn’t separate. An issue I’ve had with Deda, and Fizik. The top layer of dye separates, leaving the ugly under layer after a couple hundred miles. After a couple years its pretty well had it. So far, it’s only been a summer, and it show no wear. This material reminds me of what Sidi uses for their faux leather on their shoes. As an added bonus, I think it’s made in France, unlike the far east for most other premium brands. Lastly, the feel of this tape is very close to leather. It wraps so much easier than Fizik, which is an all out nightmare to get smooth. This tape lays perfectly.
