Shoe Size Chart Is Off - Runs Small

I purchased these boots and love the style. It matches perfectly with all my other gear. Unfortunately, the size chart is off. I typically wear an 8 in vans, I bought a 8.5 in the boots. They still are too small. Sadly, when I cam back to purchase the right size and return the ones I just received, they no longer have the correct shoe size. Pretty bummed as I felt like they were the perfect shoe style I was going for. Now I am back to searching for another shoe. Overall I think the shoes look great, but be sure you buy the correct size, which in my opinion would be a whole full size up.
