Don’t waste your money or time

My first mistake was buying these boots from backcountry, lesson learned and they will no longer get my business after this experience. I received the boots and tested them on. They hurt my feet and I reached out to backcountry to return them. I waited for about 15 minutes on hold with costumer service for them to say they emailed me the return slip and to put them in the mail. Checked email no slip. So I had to contact customer service again …. The same thing. The third time they told me that because I lived in Alaska that they couldn’t provide a return shipping label and I would have to ship them back on my own. It was almost 40$ to send back a product that I didn’t get to use because the fitment wasn’t right. Very poor way for a business to conduct itself.
