Downhill 2000 Variomatic Polavision Goggles
Crystal clear in any condition.
Uvex's Downhill 2000 Variomatic Polavision Goggle lets you charge the slopes with crystal clear vision, regardless of the conditions. Variomatic photochromic technology makes the lens adjust its tint from clear to dark according to your surroundings, giving you the right amount of shade whether you're skiing at night or midday. Uvex also added Polavision's anti-glare finish and Supravision's anti-fog coating, and the frame's Climatic membrane keeps moisture at bay. The frameless design works with the decentered spheric lens technology to provide a wide, distortion-free view of your surroundings.

- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I've been wearing these exclusively for 3 years now and absolutely love them in every way. The optics are incredible, the tint changes lightning fast, and they are ridiculously comfortable (with or without helmet) and light with a fantastic field of view in all 4 directions. I'm a gear junkie and have tried on all of the "latest and greatest" from all the major brands and only a few come even close to these, but none worth buying. They go from VLT rating S4 to S2, the only time I change is on the absolute darkest of days. If Uvex had more of a presence in the US market, you'd see everyone with these on their noggin. Thanks BC for carrying these!
