I bought the 3L h2o size/15L pack. As i have read in online reviews the harnessing system keeps the pack secure on your back - and it does!!!! I am impressed. i have had a Camel Mule 2l h2o size/12L pack for over 20 yrs - and it is still in good shape. The USWE is lighter and can hold much more if i need to carry more. The construction and thoughtfulness of all the internal pockets is well done. i am 6'4", 42" chest. on road ride climbs i found the harnessing to be a little tight and wish the straps were an inch or two longer so my chest does not feel constricted. i took care of this issue by popping the center clip and this gives me all the room i need and the pack still stays secure as any other pack. So, if you are less than 42" chest, you will not have this problem at all. if i was on a mtn bike with ups and downs, and short climbs, i would keep the center clip, clipped. The downhills is where this is outstanding in stability - absolutely the best, feels real good on the back.
