    Force Snowboard Binding

Dependability, durability, and no-BS functionality are some of the traits Union values in a binding, and after over a decade of going strong, that fact's more apparent than ever in the design of the Union Force Snowboard Binding. A medium flex and burly baseplate offer next-level heelside control when you're charging steeps, without compromising your ability to poke out a method or lock into a proper press in the park. The multi-zone Force highback allows flex where you want it and delivers support where you need it for the perfect blend of tweakability and response.

The ultra-rugged Stage IV Duraflex ST baseplate is so strong it's guaranteed for life against breaking, and it's equipped with an extruded 3D aluminum heelcup to reduce weight while maintaining strength and stiffness. The 3D Direct-Connect ankle strap provides a secure and responsive fit without creating painful pressure points, and the toe strap is low-profile and cored-out to wrap around the front of your boot for a comfy and secure fit. Tried-and-true magnesium buckles are four times as strong as aluminum and half the weight. From the backcountry to the streets, the Force is the binding of choice for hard-hitting riders all over the world.

    Great Binding

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Been riding Forces for a few seasons now and I don't really have anything bad to say. Perfect stiffness for any type of riding IMO. I prefer a medium stiffness all around whether I'm riding park, groomers, or on a powder day.

    AWESOME binding!

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

You really can't go wrong with Union bindings and these Force bindings are awesome! I bought them for my nephew to go with his Capita board that he got for Christmas! He hasn't had a chance to shred a lot yet, but already from the first run with them, he was loving them!

    Whats Not to Like?

These bindings are more reliable than any car I have ever owned. Will keep you going on the mountain all day long and don't accumulate rust after ten years in the snow. Classic feel will work on any board you have and will keep your feet glued in when you nose dive into the deep stuff. New foot pad keeps the snow away and you riding on a cushion down the mountain. Highest praise.

The best snowboard bindings in the marke

      • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I bought these for my brother for Christmas and he says that they're super responsive in both powder and groomers. The fit is adjustable in both the toe and ankle bindings, so I was able to customize a perfect fit. He loves them!

      Trusted Bindings.

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I demo quite a lot of bindings but Union has been the only brand I have purchased year after year. I highly recommend these for anyone who needs some extra support and quick response.

      Staying in the family

      • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

In general union bindings are incredible. I got these for my brother who has had a last pair for 7 years. So far he thinks this pair is even better than the last. Fits like the last pair he had, and loves the way the handle.

      Old Reliable.

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've owned a pair of Union Force bindings for about 10 years, and still have no reason to replace them. Extremely durable bindings, that still offer great response.

I demoed these new ones, and can confidently state that these are just as good, while continuing to stay on top of new technology that has been released over the years.

      Awesome quality

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

These are a great, mid-stiff binding option for all mountain riding. They are easy to strap in and out of and made from quality materials. Both straps fit with maximum comfort over your boots. Union certainly got it right. These bindings offer great control over your board, strap into these bad boys and you'll become a FORCE to be reckoned with on the mountain.

      Solid Performance, Bullet-proof Build

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

These are some solid bindings - the build quality is impressive and they flex in all the right places. Rode these with the Ride TwinPig and the combo was dialed in - the mid-flex of the bindings paired well with the flex of the board and I always felt in control. Can see these bindings lasting a few hard seasons and then only needing the straps replaced.

Depending on your boot and how the bindings are used, some have the problem of the heel strap screw coming loose. I did. Union introduced a new screw and washer kit you can purchase from a local Union authorized retailer or through Union directly. I put the new screw and washer kit in and haven't had to tighten it back up since.

      Can't Go Wrong

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I had the chance to demo the Force's and i tested them out on the Warpig. I really liked the performance of the binding and felt right at home crusing groomers, boosting side hits, landing on my head, and riding some pow.

I have some Union T Rice's from about 3 years ago that i really enjoy due to the stiff nature. Though not as a stiff as my other Union's, these Force's still really handle themselves, especially on some medium flex boards. I really enjoyed the way they ride and I plan on potentially picking up a pair later in the season.

      Can't Go Wrong.

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The Force has always been my go-to for versatility all around. It handles well in all conditions with ease. I you are looking for something slightly softer, go with the Contact Pro. If you need a binding with a bit more support, consider the Atlas.

      Favorite bindings again and again

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The Union Force are the workhorse of the Union line, and are the go-to binding I recommend. They are built for the rider that is getting 100+ days in a season and needs a durable, performing binding at a realistic cost. For $250, there's nothing better. A medium-stiff flexing binding is responsive and loved by freestyle and freeride riders alike. These can be mounted to both traditional and Burton channel boards.

      Union for life!

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

All you could ask for. The only reason why I bought these was because my 5-6 season old forces weren't fitting the same into the newer 32 boots. Some people might not want as much flex as these offer, but if you need some flexible support, I would definitely recommend them! Of course, the durability of the forces is like the durability of a nitrogen bond. Overall, if you want a juicy feel on your feet while your getting it in the park or trees, grab a pair of these forces.

I've gone Union and I'm never going back

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have ridden the Union forces for a long time and there is a reason I stick with them. These bindings are bomb proof. The forces are responsive, durable, and comfortable and allow you to charge the whole mountain. Whether you ride park or all mountain these bindings are suited for any terrain.

      One to rule them all

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is the one binding i keeping going back to. For my riding style its perfect. It has a stiff base tray so you have no problem manipulating the board and making it do what you want. It also helps you charge through crud and choppy snow, and hold an edge in ice. The highback is more of a mid-flex which allows it to twist with your legs, but is solid leaning straight back into. This makes park riding fun and not a problem, and heelside carves are a blast. Basically, this is my favorite binding because its a no bullshit do it all and get shit done binding.

      Force #1

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

      - The Union Force is not only the longest running model in the Union line up but it is that dependable workhorse that can handle any and every type of terrain you throw at it. This binding is for the rider claiming 100 plus days per season and who is looking for performance, comfort and durability. Did I mention that it is the best bang for the buck binding out right now. If your looking for a binding that will stand the test of time look no further the Force is the binding for you.

      Work Horse

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The Force has set a new standard in snowboard bindings. It was designed for the rider who expects the abuse of 100 days a season on their equipment. The Force would have to be classified as an all mountain freeride binding. Dual durometer bushings, magnesium ratchets, cozy leather straps all help complete the Force full circle. If you are a rider, looking for support, strength and durability, you won't be disappointed.
