Solid All Around

These bindings are a no frills straight to the point tool to get the job done. While they are advertised as stiff flex, they don't feel much stiffer than other mid flex union bindings. The flexible rubber straps allow for personalized comfort and the rubber is grippy keeping you locked down the whole run without budging, or moving around. They also feature a nice base material for your foot, this rubberized material is very good at preventing ice/snow build up, which is nice to not worry about chipping ice off before you put your boot in. The only issue I've had with these was one really cold day the toe strap came loose and wouldn't quite fasten when I tried to retighten it. However it was in the 20's F and I think any binding could have this issue at that point. All in all these are a super solid binding that really shows unions continued experience and dominance in their products, and their recipe for success hasn't changed here, it's only been refined.
